Steps to Reset Your Password
Can’t remember your password or it’s being rejected? No problem—here’s how to reset it:
On the website or mobile browser:
- Navigate to the [Password Reset] page.
- Enter the email address connected to your RentaNook account.
- Click Send Email.
- Check your inbox for a reset link and follow the instructions to set a new password.
💡 Tip: If the email doesn’t show up, check your spam/junk folder. Still no luck? Double-check if you have the right email associated with your account.

Managing Multiple Accounts
If you’re using an incorrect email or have accidentally created more than one account, you might face login problems. Unfortunately, merging accounts or transferring information between them isn’t supported.
Our recommendation:
Deactivate or delete the account with less activity (e.g., no bookings or offers) and update the email on the account with more activity.
