No worries! Follow these steps to quickly regain access to your account.
Resetting Your Password
Forgot your password, or is it not being accepted? Here’s how to reset it:
On the website or mobile browser:
- Go to the Reset Password page.
- Enter the email linked to your RentaNook account.
- Click Send Email.
- Check your inbox for a reset link and follow the steps to create a new password.
💡 Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder. Still no luck? It’s possible no account exists with that email address.

Multiple Account Issues
Sometimes, login problems arise when you’re using an email that’s not linked to your account, or you’ve accidentally created a duplicate account under a different email. Unfortunately, accounts cannot be merged or have information transferred between them.
Our suggestion?
Deactivate or delete the account with less activity (like no offers or bookings) and stick with the one you’ve been using. You can always update the email address associated with the account you want to keep.
