How to Reset Your Password
Forgot your password or it's not working? Here's how to reset it:
On the website or mobile browser:
- Go to the How to Reset Your Password.
- Enter the email address linked to your RentaNook account.
- Click Send Email..
- Check your inbox for an email with a link to reset your password. Follow the steps to create a new one.
💡 Pro Tip: If you don’t receive the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, it’s possible the account doesn’t exist under that email address.

Problems with Multiple Accounts
Login issues can also happen if you're using the wrong email address or if you've accidentally created multiple accounts. Unfortunately, accounts can’t be merged, and information cannot be transferred between them.
What we suggest:
Delete or deactivate the account with less activity (like no bookings or offers) and continue using the one with more activity. You can always change the email address for the account you keep.
